Data NotesDeaths were coded under the 10th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Age-adjusted death rates were calculated using the direct method and the projected United States 2000 population as the standard. **Rates are displayed only for counties that have a minimum of 20 deaths. U.S. data are for 2010.
