How We Calculated the Rates

Numerator: Children aged 1 to 5 years that received any dental services during the federal fiscal year (Oct. 1st - Sept. 30th)
Denominator: All North Carolina resident children aged 1-5 year who were eligible three or more continuous months during the same federal fiscal year
